Admission Requirement Checklist

  • Application form duly filled and signed
  • Qualification Proof: Self attested photocopies of Mark Sheets and Proof of the examinations passed as per criteria for respective courses.
  • Three latest passport size colour photographs.
  • Self attested photocopies of Work Experience Certificate and Appointment letter as per course requirement.
  • Scan copy of Aadhaar Card.
  • Transfer of fees through Chq/CC/Online transfer. Fees being payable in favour of "Xaviers Institute OF Business Management Studies" payable at Mumbai.

Procedure and Important Notes

  • The application form along with checklist documents & fees should be submitted to the Institute in person or though Email/ Courier / Speed Post to XIBMS Head office or Branches office.
  • Fees can be paid by Cash/Online Transfer/Chq/Credit Card.
  • Chq should be in the name of "Xaviers Institute of Business Management Studies" payable at Mumbai.
  • In case a cheque gets bounced then the student is liable to pay Rs.800/- towards cheque bounced charges for continuing the course.
  • Fees are subject to revision at anytime on discretion of XIBMS.
  • Course & Specialization once selected will not be changed or Transferred under any circumstances. You can change the course only on the day of admission till working hours.
  • Fees once paid are not refundable and / non transferable under any circumstances.
  • Cheques are acknowledged subject to realization.
  • False declaration or qualification by the candidate will disqualify his/her admission to the institute including appropriate penal action
  • Course and Fees are valid up to the maximum duration of course from the date of enrolment

Post Admission Procedure

  • Students will receive their study materials along with the Fees receipt within 21 working days after completion of admission procedure.
  • For any queries or doubts while studying, student can mail our professors with their student identification number for quick response on the mail id which will be allotted after admission.
  • Student can refer Admission procedure FAQ's for queries related to admission.

How can I enquire in your Institute?

You can send an enquiry on our website or call on the enquiry number and speak to our counsellor. You can also visit personally at our given office address.
You should duly fill the Application form attached with Information Brochure, given to you or can also download or submit online. Application form has to be sent along with the documents required.
Fees can be paid by Cash/Online Transfer/Credit card/Cheque which is payable in favour of 'Xaviers Institute of Business Management Studies' payable at Mumbai.
Yes, You can pay your fees by Credit Card / Debit Card / Online through XIBMS Payment Gateway.
Yes, we provide instalment facility for payment of course fees but instalments have to be paid by giving post dated cheques at the time of admission.
Yes, Fees are accepted in all the above modes of payment. In case a chq gets dishonoured / bounced then Students are liable to pay chq dishonour charges of Rs.800/- for continuing the course.

Yes, but it is purely decided by management.
After enrolment you will receive the "Confirmation E-mail" along with Student Reference Number, this reference number would be unique and exclusively for your future correspondence from our Admission Department.
Study Materials will be sent along Fees Receipt within 21 working days (except Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays) after completion of admission procedure.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
You can change course & specialization only on the day of admission during working hours. Course & Specialization once selected will not be changed under any circumstances. If you want to change specialization or enrol for extra specialization you will have to pay Rs. 5900/- additional charges.
